Anti fluorescence mounting medium with DAPI is a sealing reagent that contains the blue fluorescent dye DAPI in the nucleus and can slow down fluorescence quenching. This sealing solution can not only slow down the fluorescence quenching of various common fluorescent dyes, but also complete DAPI staining of the cell nucleus while sealing.

Instructions for use:
1. Adherent cell sample:
a. After dyeing, suck up the liquid.
b. Put a drop of anti-fluorescence quenching sealing solution on the slide, cover the cover glass with cells, and let the cells contact the sealing solution to avoid bubbles as far as possible.
c. The cell sample can then be viewed under a fluorescence microscope.
2. Tissue section:
a. After dyeing, suck up the liquid.
b. Put a drop of anti-fluorescence quenching sealing solution on the tissue section, cover the cover glass, and let the section contact the sealing solution to avoid bubbles as far as possible.
c. Tissue sections can then be viewed under a fluorescence microscope.
d. After combining DAPI with double-stranded DNA, the maximum excitation wavelength is 364nm, and the maximum emission wavelength is 454nm.

DMSO母液配制方法： mg 药物溶于 μL DMSO溶液（母液浓度 mg/mL，
体内配方配制方法：取 μL DMSO母液，加入 μL PEG300，混匀澄清后加入μL Tween 80，混匀澄清后加入 μL saline，混匀澄清。
1. 首先保证母液是澄清的；
2.
一定要按照顺序依次将溶剂加入，进行下一步操作之前必须保证上一步操作得到的是澄清的溶液，可采用涡旋、超声或水浴加热等物理方法助溶。
