Fluorescent brightener 28 (Technical Grade) is a fluorescent whitening agent commonly used in the padding process of the textile industry. Fluorescent brightener 28 is capable of staining polysaccharides such as cellulose, and when the plasma membrane ruptures, it also weakly stains the cytoplasm and strongly stains the cell nucleus. Additionally, Fluorescent brightener 28 can be utilized to detect intracellular chitin in living cells. Fluorescent Brightener 28 also is a visible light emitting diode (LED)-light sensitive photoinitiator for free radical photopolymerizations[1][2][3].

Fluorescent brightener 28 (Technical Grade) 是荧光增白剂，常用于纺织工业的浸轧工艺。Fluorescent brightener 28 能对纤维素等其他多糖进行染色，并且当质膜破裂时，Fluorescent brightener 28 还会对细胞质进行弱染色，对细胞核进行强染色。另外，Fluorescent brightener 28 可以用来测活细胞中的细胞内几丁质。Fluorescent Brightener 28 也是一种可见发光二极管 (LED) 光敏光引发剂，可用于自由基光聚合。

体内配方配制方法：取 μL DMSO母液，加入 μL PEG300，混匀澄清后加入μL Tween 80，混匀澄清后加入 μL saline，混匀澄清。
1. 首先保证母液是澄清的；

一定要按照顺序依次将溶剂加入，进行下一步操作之前必须保证上一步操作得到的是澄清的溶液，可采用涡旋、超声或水浴加热等物理方法助溶。
