Disodium clodronate is a specific macrophage-killing agent that can eliminate macrophages in tissues by inducing macrophage apoptosis. The ideal reagent currently available on the market for highly efficient macrophage depletion is liposomal disodium clodronate, where disodium clodronate molecules are encapsulated in lipid vesicles, offering high activity, stability, and ease of use. After intravenous injection of 0.2 mL liposomal disodium clodronate, macrophage clearance rates in the spleen (red pulp macrophages) reach 80%-90% within 24 hours.

氯膦酸二钠是一种特异的杀伤巨噬细胞的药物，可以通过诱导巨噬细胞凋亡来去除组织中的巨噬细胞。目前市场上理想的用于高效巨噬细胞耗竭的试剂是氯膦酸二钠脂质体，氯膦酸二钠分子包被在脂质体胶囊中，具有活性高、稳定性高及使用方便等特点。静脉注射0.2 mL 氯膦酸二钠脂质体24 h后脾脏（红髓巨噬细胞）中巨噬细胞清除率达到80%-90%。
