产品描述 Description

RU-SKI 201 is an inhibitor of hedgehog acyltransferase (Hhat; IC50 = 0.2 μM for recombinant enzyme).1 It inhibits palmitoylation of sonic hedgehog (Shh) in Shh-overexpressing HEK293 cells with a tagging IC50 (TC50) value of 0.87 μM. RU-SKI 201 inhibits hedgehog (Hh) signaling in H520, PANC-1, and MCF-7 cancer cells co-cultured with Shh-Light2 cells (IC50s = 4.8, 7.8, and 8.5 μM, respectively).
