MLS-0437605 is a selective dual-specificity phosphatase 3 (DUSP3) inhibitor with an IC50 of 3.7 μM. MLS-0437605 is more selective for DUSP3 than DUSP22 and other protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs)[1].
MLS-0437605 efficiently inhibits platelet aggregation in response to collagen related peptide (CRP) and rhodocytin, but not after stimulation with thromboxane. MLS-0437605 causes a decrease in pY of a ~70-kDa band after stimulation with CRP or rhodocytin. Tyrosine phosphorylation of immunoprecipitated Syk and PLCγ2 is also reduced by MLS-0437605[1].
