Ganoderic acid G is a triterpenoid that has been found in G. lucidum and has anticancer and anti-inflammatory activities.1,2 It inhibits the proliferation of Meth A sarcoma cells (IC50 = 6.8 ?g/ml).1 Ganoderic acid G inhibits the production of nitric oxide (NO) in LPS-induced BV-2 microglial cells (IC50 = 5.77 ?M).2
