Andecaliximab is a recombinant chimeric Decreased SMAD2 phosphorylation and increased surfactant protein C. Reduced MMP9+ cells, including MMP9+, CCR10+ and MMP9+CD45- and EpCAM+CCR10+ subpopulations.
