ZK 93423 is a potent benzodiazepine GABAA receptor agonist with a certain cooling effect on rodents.
ZK 93423(0.3-3 mg/kg, i.p.) causes pothermia at a dose of 3mg/kg in male mice of the B6C3F 1 strain[1].
