WNK-IN-11 is an allosteric inhibitor of lysine-deficient protein kinase 1 (WNK1; IC50 = 4 nM).1 It is 57- and 1000-fold selective for WNK1 over WNK2 and WNK4, respectively, as well as a panel of 400 kinases at 10 ?M. It inhibits WNK1-mediated phosphorylation of the transcription factor OSR1 in HEK293 cells (EC50 = 0.352 ?M).
