SLB1122168 (33p; 10 mg/kg; i.p.; once) results in a dose-dependent decrease in circulating lymphocytes[1].In rats, at 10 mg/kg, SLB1122168 (33p) achieves a maximum concentration of 4 μM at 2 h post-dose with levels at ≥1 μM for 24 h and a half-life of 8 h[1].
