sCD40 Mouse Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 155 amino acids (112-260 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 17.2kDa (Migrates at 18-28kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions).sCD40 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Stability
