Saterinone hydrochloride is a phosphodiesterase III (PDE III) inhibitor.
Saterinone combines direct positive inotropic action with pronounced vasodilating properties partly due to an alpha-receptor antagonism of its urapidil-like moiety in the molecular structure[1].
