Rhamnose monohydrate (L-Rhamnose monohydrate) is a monosaccharide found in plants and bacteria. Rhamnose monohydrate-conjugated immunogens is used in immunotherapies[1]. Rhamnose monohydrate crosses the epithelia via the transcellular pathway and acts as a marker of intestinal absorption[2].
