(R)-SKBG-1 is an RNA-binding protein NONO inhibitor. (R)-SKBG-1 suppresses androgen receptor expression with IC50s of 3.1 μM and 5.5 μM against AR-FL mRNA and AR-V7 mRNA, respectively.
