PZ703b TFA is a Bcl-xl PROTAC degradation agent that induces apoptosis and inhibits cancer cell proliferation for bladder cancer research.
PZ703b (0-1 μM, 24 h) TFA can synergistically inhibit bladder cancer cell proliferation with Mivebresib in a dose-dependent manner and induce apoptosis in bladder cancer cells via the mitochondrial pathway[1]. PZ703b (0-1 μM, 48 h) TFA inhibits MOLT-4 and RS4;11 cells with the IC50 values of 15.9 and 11.3 nM respectively[2]. PZ703b (10 nM, 48 h)TFA induces rapid and durable BCL-XL degradation and apoptosis in MOLT-4 cells through the caspase-3 mediated pathway[2].
