PROTAC BCR-ABL Degrader-1 (compound PROTAC 1) is a PROTAC with a 2-oxoetl linker. PROTAC BCR-ABL Degrader-1 induces Bcr-Abl degradation in a ubiquitinproteasom-dependent manner. PROTAC BCR-ABL Degrader-1 exhibits antiproliferative activity against K562 cells, and has the potential to study cancer.
