Propiverine N-oxide is an active metabolite of the muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist propiverine .[1] In vivo, propiverine N-oxide (0.422 mg/kg) reduces sacral anterior root stimulation-induced bladder contractions and salivary flow in mini pigs.
