PPIL4 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 512 amino acids (1-492 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 59.4kDa. The PPIL4 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Stability

Biological Activity
Specific activity is > 190 nmoles/min/mg, and is defined as the amount of enzyme that cleaves 1umole of suc-AAFP-pNA per minute at 25C in Tris-Hcl pH8.0 using chymotrypsin.
Formulation
The PPIL solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer(pH 8.0), 10% glycerol, 2mM DTT and 0.1M NaCl.
