POGLUT1 Human Recombinant produced in in Sf9 Baculoviruscells is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 377 aminoacids (24-392a.a) and having a molecular mass of 44.5kDa (Migrates at 40-57kDaon SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions).POGLUT1 is fused to a 8 amino acid His-tag at C-Terminusand purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

The POGLUT1 solution (0.25mg/ml) contains PhosphateBuffered Saline (pH 7.4) and 10% glycerol.
