PF-06737007 is a potent pan-Trk inhibitor in cell-based assays withIC50s of 7.7 nM, 15 nM and 3.9 nM for TrkA, TrkB and TrkC, respectively. Anti-hyperalgesic effect.

PF-06737007 (Compound 13b) exhibits superb Trk selectivity with >95% inhibition of TrkA with no other kinase being inhibited by >40% at 1 μM[1].
