Olaratumab (IMC-3G3; LY3012207) is an anti-platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (IgG1 antibody with antitumor activity[1].
IMC-3G3 (100 μg/mL, 72 h) 阻断了SKOV3-ip1 细胞的 PDGFRα 磷酸化。并且 IMC-3G3 和多西他赛联合处理时在 SKOV3-ip1 和 HeyA8 两种细胞系中显著诱导了凋亡[1]。
IMC-3G3 (i.p., 40 mg/kg, three times per week, 6 weeks)在 SKOV3-ip1 荷瘤小鼠中，与对照组相比，IMC-3G3 单独处理没有明显的抗肿瘤作用，而在 HeyA8 荷瘤小鼠中，IMC-3G3 单药处理与对照组相比显示出显著的抗肿瘤作用，肿瘤减少率为 62%[1]。
