Stability
NTRK1although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below-18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
Biological Activity
Measured by its ability to inhibit NGF-induced proliferation assay using TF1 human erythroleukemic cells in the presence of 0.5ng/ml of rat NGF. The ED50 range ≤ 5 ng/ml.
