Stability
Store at 4буC if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20буC for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Biological Activity
Specific activity is > 1,000 pmol/min/ug. One unit will convert 1 pmoles resazurin to resorufin per minute at pH 7.5 at 25°C.
Formulation
The NQO1 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0),1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
