(PEO)3-monoamine is a poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) blocking reagent that prevents nonspecific adsorption of analytes in applications using covalent protein coupling such as ELISA.1 It reduces the adsorption of IgG when coated on carboxylic-terminated surfaces.
