Neladalkib TFA is the TFA form of Neladalkib . Neladalkib (NVL-655) is a potent ALK inhibitor. Neladalkib shows antitumor activity. Neladalkib has an IC50 of 2.7 nM for Ba/F3 CLIP1-LTK cells.
