Mesendogen is a TRPM6 inhibitor. Mesendogen enhances the mesoderm and definitive endoderm (DE) differentiations of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) and human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs). Mesendogen can be used for the research of magnesium homeostasis during early embryonic cell development[1].

Mesendogen (10 μM) 诱导人类胚胎干细胞中胚层和内胚层分化,降低神经分化标志物的水平[1].
Mesendogen (2.5,10 和 25 μM;过夜) 剂量依赖性地降低 H1 人类胚胎干细胞的细胞内镁水平[1].
Mesendogen (10 μM;7 天) 抑制 Dorsomorphin 诱导的神经分化活性。

Result: Downregulated expression levels of pluripotency markers OCT4 and SOX2.
