MEK-IN-6 (Example 69) is a MEK inhibitor. MEK-IN-6 inhibits ERK1/2 (Thr202/Tyr204) phosphorylation in A375 cells (IC50: 2 nM). MEK-IN-6 can be used for research of cancer.
