Mc-VC-PAB-SN38 consists a cleavable ADC linker (Mc-VC-PAB) and a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor (SN38). Mc-VC-PAB-SN38 can be used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[1].

ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker[1].
