AZD 0865 is a potassium-competitive inhibitor of the gastric H+/K+-ATPase (Ki = 46 nM).1 It inhibits histamine- or dibutyryrl-cAMP-induced acid production in isolated rabbit gastric glands (IC50s = 0.28 and 0.26 ?M, respectively).
