Isolindleyin, a butyrophenone, is a Tyrosinase inhibitor, with a K_d of 54.8 μM for human tyrosinase. Isolindleyin exhibits anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anti-melanogenic activities^[1].

Isolindley (1-500 μM; 7 days) suppresses melanin synthesis in human epidermal melanocytes^[1].
