GW-405833 (L768242) drochloride is a potent, selective cannabinoid receptor 2 (CB2) agonist with an EC50 of 50.7 nM. GW-405833 drochloride also behaves as a noncompetitive CB1 antagonist. GW-405833 drochloride suppresses inflammatory and neuropathic pain.
