(+)-Baclofen is a GABAB receptor agonist.1,2 In vivo, (+)-baclofen (1 and 3 mg/kg) increases latency to paw or tail withdrawal in the hot-plate test in mice.1 (+)-Baclofen (3 mg/kg) also reduces the number of lever responses for alcohol in Sardinian alcohol-preferring rats.2
