DPC-AJ1951 TFA, a 14 amino acid peptide that acts as a potent agonist of the paratroid hormone (PTH)/PTH-related peptide receptor (PPR). And characterized the activity of DPC-AJ1951 TFA in ex vivo and in vivo assays of bone resorption[1].
DPC-AJ1951 TFA induces intracellular Ca2+ mobilization in HEK 293 cells transfected with the human PPR (EC50 26±14 nM)[1][1].
