Biological Activity
The biological activity measured by the enzymatic activity of Creatine phosphokinase procedure No.45-UV, 1IU-1 ?mole creatine phosphate was 500 IU/mg at 37 degrees celsius corresponding to a Specific Activity of 2,000ng/ml.
Formulation
Each mg of protein contains 20mM Tris pH-8, 1mM EDTA and 1mM DTT.
