Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized CD-4 (203-317)in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Stability
Store vial at -20oC to -80oC. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation
Each mg contains 1X PBS, 0.1% SDS and 1mM DTT.
