BPU-11 is a perpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated (HCN) C-linker pocket (CLP) HCN4 CLP ligand. BPU-11 can be used for the research of congenital immune disease[1].

BPU-11 (100 μM) 消除了 HCN4 cAMP 诱导的 V1/2 位移，k1/2 为 0.42 μM[1]。
BPU (100 和 200 μM) 是 HCN4 亚型特异性的，对 HEK293T 细胞中表达的 HCN2 通道无影响[1]。
