Stability
Store at 4буC if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20буC for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Biological Activity
Specific activity is > 1,500 pmole/min/ug. Measured by hydrolysis of 1pmole of Met-AMC to Methionine and AMC per minute at pH7.5 at 37C?.
Formulation
The BLMH solution (0.25 mg/ml) contains 1mM DTT, 30% Glycerol, 20mM Tris-HCl(pH8.0) and 0.1M NaCl.
