13-cis Retinoic acid-d5 is intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of 13-cis retinoic acid by GC- or LC-MS. 13-cis Retinoic acid is a naturally occurring retinoid that inhibits retinol oxidation and dehydrogenation of 17β-hydroxy steroids.1
