WIF1 produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single,glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 359 amino acids (29-379a.a.) andhaving a molecular mass of 39.4kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear atapproximately 40-57kDa).WIF1 is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag atC-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Stability
