Velagliflozin proline is an oral sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (insulin concentrations[1].
Velagliflozin (1 mg/kg, 口服, 单剂量) proline 增加胆固醇、白蛋白、β -羟基丁酸 (BHB)、非酯化脂肪酸 (NEFA) 和尿葡萄糖排泄，并降低猫的呼吸交换比率[1]。
