TPI-287, a blood-brain barrier-permeable microtubule stabilizer, can significantly reduce metastatic colonization of breast cancer in the brain.
TPI-287(i.v., 18 mg/kg, every 4 days, 41 days) can effectively reduce tumor volume and inhibit tumor growth in mouse tumor models inoculated with 231-BR breast cancer cells[1].
