Terrelumamide A is a lumazine-containing peptide fungal metabolite originally isolated from A. terreus.1 It increases adiponectin production, a marker of insulin sensitivity, in human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hBM-MSCs; EC50 = 37.1 μM).
