SHR-1701 (Retlirafusp alfa) is a bifunctional fusion protein targeting PD-L1 and TGF-β for cancer research.
SHR-1701 (10 μg/mL) can inhibit TGF-β signaling pathway, activate PI3K/Akt/Erk signaling pathway, rescue lymphocytes and restore the anti-tumor function of peripheral blood CD8+ T cells in patients with lung cancer[1].
