ROBLD3 Human Recombinant fused with a 24 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 149 amino acids (1-125 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 16kDa. The ROBLD3 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Stability

Formulation
The ROBLD3 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.2M Nacl, 2mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
