Calcimimetic Agent(拟钙剂)

Calcimimetic agent is allosteric activator of the CaSR (calcium-sensing receptor) in the parathyroid tissue. It reduces the threshold of the CaSR activation through extracellular calcium ion and attenuate parathyroid hormone secretion.
