Recaticimab (SHR-1209) is a humanized monoclonal antibody that inhibits PCSK9. Recaticimab can bind to PCSK9 and mediate its degradation, increasing the level of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) receptors on the surface of liver cells, reducing the level of LDL in plasma, thereby lowering blood lipids. Recaticimab can be used for the study of percholesterolemia.
