PTX2 Mouse Recombinant produced inSf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 210 amino acids (21-224 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 24.6kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 28-40kDa). PTX2 is fused to a 6 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Stability
