PPARδ/γ agonist 1 sodium is a chemically unique and brain penetrant dual PPAR delta/gamma agonist. PPARδ/γ agonist 1 sodium can be used for the research of Alzheimer's disease[1].
PPARδ/γ agonist 1 sodium (1 mg/kg; i.g. once daily for 16 days) restores STZ-mediated impairments of motor function[1].
| Animal Model: | STZ-mediated Long Evans rats[1] |
| Dosage: | 1 mg/kg |
| Administration: | Oral gavage; 1 mg/kg once daily, for 16 days |
| Result: | Improved performance in STZ-mediated rats and showed neuroprotective for both granule and Purkinje cells. |
