Stability
Store at 4буC if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20буC for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Biological Activity
Determined by cell proliferation assay using Nb2-11 Rat lymphoma cells. ED50 range for this effect is ≤ 0.8 ng/ml.
Formulation
The Placental Lactogen solution (0.25mg/ml) contains 30% Glycerol and Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4).
