Onychocin B is a cyclic tetrapeptide originally isolated from Onychocola sclerotica that has calcium channel inhibitory activity.¹ It inhibits the voltage-gated calcium (Ca_v) channel Ca_v1.2 with an IC₅₀ value of 7.1 µM.
